Often referred to as “volumetric fill,” piston fillers draw product from a hopper into a cylinder using a piston. The stroke of the piston is adjustable to achieve the exact portion desired. Available individually or integrated with a fully automatic filler, the piston filler allows the operator infinite volume adjustment to achieve exact weights, dependent on the product or cup size being filled.
Batch produced ice cream, yogurt, potato salad, cottage cheese, sour cream or any product that can be pumped with a piston depositor.
